1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, tags, and invoice.
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Returns requested after 7 days may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Products showing signs of use or tampering.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).
3. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- An incorrect product
- Missing items from your order
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- An unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.

5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds generally take 3 to 15 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, ITYSOLES will bear the return shipping cost.
- For customer-initiated returns (such as change of mind), return shipping charges may be applicable.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if your order meets our return eligibility criteria.
